A passionate music fan, Elana began pioneering digital marketing strategies and building community and fan engagement at Sony Music Canada.
In increasingly senior roles at Rogers Media & Communication, Elana demonstrated her knack for identifying and launching new lines of business and building collaboration across teams. An innovator at heart, Elana transformed multiple products and brands including Today’s Parent, Rogers Hometown Hockey and more through the creation of brand experiences across digital & experiential using emerging platforms including digital, mobile, AR, VR and more.
In 2018, Elana joined award-winning creative agency Sid Lee in Toronto. She helped build the social content practice before stepping into a role leading business development, where she was responsible for building the growth pipeline and RFP responses to achieve revenue goals.
